If everyone lived “with our future in mind,” I think we would live differently. As we, get older and more experience we tend to focus more on our future and make decisions accordingly. The saying: if I knew half the things I know now, when I was younger, things would be different or better" explains this best. We are to live with our future in mind but sometimes we tend to think we are invincible and we have a lot of time when we are younger. However, it is never too late for Change and our future is still ahead. Therefore, we can still make positive changes with
our future in mind.
Hi Almost there,
ReplyDeleteYour message is short, but straight to the point. Oh if I can't the many times that I said "if I knew now..." I probably would be rich. It is in our nature to always want to do better in the future, but I belive it takes courage to follow through with your future plans. Many say they will change to choose to live better, but how many actually follow through with that? I hope everyone is positive when it comes to changes in their life.

Hey, I like how short and sweet your post is and I completely agree. There are many decisions we take that could have been different or better. I hate that feeling of "Oh, if only I knew this before.." or something. I feel like the older, wiser people in our lives should warn us about things like this, and I'm sure that they do. It's only because of our pride, that we think "Oh, that won't happen to me.." I agree that we should think with our future in mind, but if we thought like that all the time, then there would be more time to enjoy the present, right?
